Day 1: Top’a the Mornin’

• SOD: Arrive at the Dublin airport and take the bus up to Belfast or arrive directly at the Belfast Airport. Take a cab or Uber to your place of stay to get settled in
• While you’re still getting the feel for the city check out Victoria Square. Which is a lively area of Belfast filled with stores, restaurants, and quite often – street events
• EOD: Enjoy the pubs on your first night in the city and have yourself a pint of Guinness

Day 2: The Top Sights

Belfast isn’t a large city, but on your first full day, you’ll be exploring the Titanic quarter and more. The Titanic Quarter is one of Belfast’s nicest and includes some great strolls along the harbor.

• SOD – 12:00: You may not have had all the time you’d like to see Victoria Square, so head back over here and spend some time in the mall and streets and enjoying the great scene

• 12:20 – 2:00: Visit one of Belfast’s most famous sites, the Titanic museums goes into depth about the 1911 voyage that ended in tragedy. Just outside the museum is the SS. Nomadic, which is the only surviving ship from the Titanic fleet, which you can walk around on

• 2:10 – 5:00: W5: Just closely on the Harbor visit the W5 center, which is a large arena filled with an arcade, bowling alley, movie theater and more. This is a hot-spot for the people of Belfast wanting to have a good time

• EOD: The St George’s Market is only open on weekends, so if you’re trip is over one it is surely a place you’ll want to visit. The Market is large with local buying and selling authentic items

Day 3: Stretching your Legs on the Last Busy Day

Northern Ireland isn’t all Belfast. Before the final day of activity get moving and see some more sites of Belfast!

• SOD – 11:30: Head on over to Queens University and take a glance at one of the most popular universities in Europe. Here, there are many great areas where students hangout

• 11:37 – 13:00: Hope for great weather, expect not so great. Walk the Botanic Gardens and gaze at the nice plants, there is also a green room to stroll through

• 13:02 – 14:30: Enjoy one of the most diverse and highly acclaimed museums of Belfast, the Ulster Museum consists of multiple floors with different exhibits such as art, dinosaurs, mythology, and even Game of Thrones

• 14:55 – 17:30: You’ll want to get a cab to climb Cave Hill. Cave Hill is a landmark in the mountain range overlooking Belfast. There is a great hiking trail to the top of the Belfast Castle

• 17:45 – 18:10: The Peace Wall isn’t anything so special appearance-wise but there is a lot of history behind it. If you feel you’d enjoy taking some time to look at the art covered wall, head over here on your drive back from Cave Hill

• 18:20 – EOD: End another night in Belfast going from pub to pub

Day 4: More North and Another Day Outside

If you’re interested in seeing the Giant’s Causeway, there are many tours to take you up north via a bus. You may go with a group, or find a typical bus to take you alone.

• SOD – 11:00: All the way up north up by Bushmills you can visit the outstanding rock structure of Giants Causeway. The stair-like rocks arising from the ocean are said to be where Giants lay

• 17:00 – EOD: You may spend some extra time up north seeing the other nature sights and taking your time in the towns up north. When you’ve had enough, grab a bus and head back to Belfast to prepare for your flight home

Day 4: Departure:

Belfast is a great city and Northern Ireland is a blast with some of the friendliest people in the world. This trip is great for anybody who wants to see a new part of the world as well as a quick stop for a longer future journey.
