Edith’s

Edith’s – an amazing local restaurant, located in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. It is located near Medano Beach.

It is owned by Edith Jimenez, who at first was just a waitress at this place. Then she bought out the cafe and made it a real culinary spot in Cabo.

Menu in Edith’s combines flavors of Baja (seafood, chile poblano) and Guerrero cuisine (stews, tortillas, herbs, etc)
