Christo Redentor
The famous statue of Jesus Christ is located on the top of the Carcovado Mountain in Brazil. The statue is located at the height of 2300 ft. and can be viewed from nay corner of the city of Rio de Janeiro. The statue is about 39.6 meters tall and includes a 9.5m pedestal. The mountain on which the statue is located is part of the Tijuca National Park. The park offers a lot of waterfalls, springs and natural beauty to the tourists along with the diversity of birds and butterflies. The great statue of Christ was created by the Polish-French sculptor Paul Landowski and a Brazilian engineer Heitor da Silva Costa.
Historic Center of Olinda
Olinda is one of the colonial cities of Brazil that is located in the Northeast coast of the country. The city is filled with colorful and vibrant sceneries that are worth the visit.
